  • About cancelations

    We only accept cancelations received before shipping.

  • Returns & exchanges

    In principle, we do accept goods for return or exchange due to the nature of the product.
    In cases where the product is faulty or the wrong product has been shipped, please E-mail us within 7 days after the delivery and we will issue a refund or exchange the items.
    In addition, please confirm the product details carefully when ordering as we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to slight differences in color compared to the screenshots in the online store, material, size, or after use.
