We only accept cancelations received before shipping.

Returns & exchanges
In principle, we do accept goods for return or exchange due to the nature of the product.
In cases where the product is faulty or the wrong product has been shipped, please E-mail us within 7 days after the delivery and we will issue a refund or exchange the items.
In addition, please confirm the product details carefully when ordering as we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to slight differences in color compared to the screenshots in the online store, material, size, or after use. -
Conditions for returns & exchanges
We will accept returns or exchanges in the cases below:
When a different product arrived than was ordered.
When a different quantity was delivered.
Other cases we decide are appropriate.
We cannot accept returns that do not match the above conditions (customer requests, etc.).
Please keep the delivery statement carefully as it is necessary when returning or exchanging. -
Return period
For returns, please send the item within 5 days after contacting us.
Please note that after 5 days it will not be accepted for exchange or return.
In addition, please note that once the product is used it will not be accepted for return. -

Product Delivery
All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse. If your package is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, or unpaid customs duties/taxes, no refund or reshipment will be provided . If the carrier cannot deliver within the holding period, the package will be automatically returned to the sender, and all related costs (including shipping, return shipping, and customs fees) will be borne by the customer.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country or region.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not provide refunds for packages refused or returned due to unpaid taxes.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order. -
Reshipment & Refund Policy
We do not offer reshipments or refunds in the following cases:
・Returned due to long-term absence
・Returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes
・Returned due to incorrect address or delivery refusal
If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but has not arrived, please contact the carrier or your local customs directly. -

International shipments may take longer due to customs inspections or local delivery conditions. Please allow sufficient time when placing your order.
